Minimum Orders

Minimum order: 50 steamers

Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid before we can dispatch the steamers.

We accept bank transfer

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

The price confirmed on your invoice is final.

Lead Time

Orders ship typically within 7–14 business days of payment.

Larger orders may need more processing time, this will be agreed at the point of order.

Shipping

All orders ship from the UK. We do not accept any orders from outside of the UK at present.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. This is will be added to your invoice and is subject to the size of your order.

Returns & Damages

We do not accept returns except for damaged or defective products.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Steami is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Buyers must inspect all shipments upon delivery and report damages within 5 business days, including photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace damaged items or issue a credit, and we will pursue claims with the shipping carrier where applicable.

Packaging & Branding

Products must be sold in their original packaging.

Retailers may not repackage, re-label, or alter our products.

Intellectual Property

All product names, images, descriptions, and branding are the intellectual property of Steami.

Order Cancellations

Because Steami products are handmade to order, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to amend your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Compliance

Steami products are handmade in the UK in compliance with UK/EU cosmetic regulations.

Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
